Mumbai Indians opt to bat against Rajasthan Royals


Ahmedabad, April 14 (IANS): Mumbai Indians skipper Rohit Sharma won the toss and opted to bat in their Indian Premier League (IPL) encounter against Rajasthan Royals at the Sardar Patel Stadium here on Tuesday.

Mumbai Indians made three changes. Harbhajan Singh, Aditya Tare, Ambati Rayudu were replaced by Unmukt Chand, Parthiv Patel and Shreyas Gopal respectively.

The teams:

Mumbai Indians: Rohit Sharma (captain), Corey Anderson, Aaron Finch, Lasith Malinga, Kieron Pollard,, Vinay Kumar, Jagadeesha Suchith, Pawan Suyal, Unmukt Chand, Parthiv Patel, Shreyas Gopal.

Rajasthan Royals: Steve Smith (captain), Ajinkya Rahane, Sanju Samson, Karun Nair, Stuart Binny, Deepak Hooda, James Faulkner, Chris Morris, Tim Southee, Dhawal Kulkarni, Pravin Tambe.
