Warm Sunday in Delhi


New Delhi, April 5 (IANS): It was a warm Sunday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 16.8 degrees Celsius, two notches below the season's average.

The Met office has forecast a clear day ahead.

"Sunday will be clear and warm," said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).

The maximum temperature of the day is likely to hover around 29 degrees Celsius.

Humidity at 8.30 a.m was 76 percent.

Rainfall recorded till 5.30 a.m on Sunday was 2.2 mm.

Saturday was gloomy and the maximum temperature was recorded at 25.9 degrees Celsius, seven notches below the season's average while the minimum temperature was recorded at 17 degrees Celsius, a notches below the season's average.
