New Delhi, March 23 (IANS): It was a sunny Monday in Delhi with the maximum temperature settling down two notches above the season's average at 32.8 degrees Celsius.
The Met office forecast a clear day on Tuesday.
"The day will remain clear on Tuesday. Maximum and minimum temperature would be around 33 and 18 degree Celsius respectively," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.
Monday's minimum temperature was recorded at 19 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average.
Sunday's maximum temperature was recorded at 31.7 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average while the minimum temperature settled at 18.2 degrees Celsius, a notch above the average.
