UAE, Jan 8: On Friday, February 2, 2007, UAE will witness a magnificent event, the first major event for the year 2007, organized by the former students of India's most prestigious Colleges – St Aloysius and St Agnes, based in Mangalore, India.
And the countdown has already begun……..
"The Agnesians / Aloysian Reunion 2007" will be held at the picturesque location of Chalet Gardens, Golden Tulip – Al Jazira Hotel & Resort in Gantoot on the Dubai - Abu Dhabi Highway from 10:30 a.m. onwards.
As announced earlier, the event is being organized entirely for the former students of the both colleges, and their families.

The preparations are on with all Aloysian/Agnesian band with singers practicing for the mega event. The organizing committee members are working round the clock to make this event a great success.

The event will be compered by UAE'S top comperes, who will make sure to entertain by providing ample opportunities for the participants through, spot prizes, raffles, dances, games for children and competitions and the ambience of the location will add more glamour to the event.

The event has already generated tremendous interest among ex Aloysians and Agnesians and will be a run away success say the Organizers. "We expect a record number of ex-students and their families this year as we are encouraged and overwhelmed by the response received from our ex students" revealed – Johnson and Marissa - Chairpersons of Aloysians and Agnesians for this event to Daijiworld.
The event is held normally once in two years, the last being held on 28th January 2005 at the same location. The first ever Aloysian Alumni Re-union was held in the UAE in 1997 and since then 4 Re-Unions have been held in the UAE so far and this is the third combined Re-union of both Agnesians and Aloysians.
The event has proved to be a thunderous success in the past years and the organizers are confident that once again history will be repeated!
