India reach 71/1 at stumps on day two


sydney, Jan 7 (IANS): India reached 71 for one at stumps on the second day of the fourth and final Test against Australia at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) here Wednesday.

Opener Lokesh Rahul (not out 31) and Rohit Sharma (not out 40) were at the crease as India trail by 501 runs. Australia declared their first innings closed at 572 for seven.
