Ayesha Takia's sister-in-law joins restaurant business

Mumbai, Dec 31 (IANS): Actress Ayesha Takia’s sister-in-law Rushda Azmi Shaikh has ventured into restaurant business.

It seems Ayesha’s husband Farhan Azmi, who successfully manages popular restaurants like Koyla, Chai Coffi and Cafe Basilico, is not the only one in the family with hospitality expertise.

Her sister-in-law opened a cafe-cum-patisserie called Sugar Rush here Tuesday and the outlet is said to be perfect for every coffee and dessert lover.

Rushda said in a statement: “My love for desserts and bakery originated from our in-house bakery - Bakers Vault and I always wanted to start something of my own.”

“It would not have been possible without my brother Farhan,” she added.
