Mangalore: If it was the two-legged human race which tried to vie with each other in the mud-tracks, it was the turn of the well-cared-for buffaloes to obey the humans' commands to win the race for the owners.

The traditional Kadri Kambala (buffalo race), being organized year after year over the past several decades, attracted large holiday crowds on Sunday December 10 afternoon.

DC Maheshwar Rao and other dignitaries were present on the occasion.
