Mangalore, Sep 15: At the musical evening and traditional day celebrated by St Aloysius Pre- University College on Friday Ponappa won the Traditional King of the year title while Sonam won the Traditional Queen of the year title.
The awards were distributed by rector St Aloysius College Institutions Fr Vijaykumar Prabhu in the Loyala Hall on Thursday.
Out of over 31 participants, 12 finalists were selected out of which Ponpappa dressed in the traditional attire of Coorg won the king’s title while Sonam who was in the traditional dress of Nagaland won the queen’s title.
Flexon was the runners up for the Traditional King of the year title while Maithri won the runners up for the traditional Queen of the year title.
