Mumbai, September 14: The Kanara Welfare Association of the Sacred Heart Church in Mahakali, Andheri (E) celebrated the feast of Nativity on Sunday September 10 with grandeur.
Sacred Heart Church parish priest Fr Cyprian Louis along with other priests Fr Lawrence Correa, Fr Mathew S, Fr Kuriyacos Peripaban, Fr Sunil Menezes and Fr K Josian, offered the festive Mass.
Prior to the Mass, the priests blessed the corns.
Honorary secretary Lenny Fernandes delivered the welcome address. Association president Pious Fernandes, vice-president Lenny D'Silva, treasurer Francis Tony Almeida and chief organizer of the programme Juliana Almeida were present on the dais.
Also present were office-bearers Richard Peris, Tracy Peris, Alwyn D'Souza and guests Simon Lobo, Clement A Lobo, Vincent Mathew and others.
