Dengue cases rise to 26 in Delhi, NCR


New Delhi, Aug 19 (IANS): The number of dengue cases in the national capital and its adjoining areas rose to 26, civic officials said Tuesday.

According to figures from the municipal corporations, 21 cases of dengue have been reported from the capital, and five from the adjoining areas in the National Capital Region (NCR) in Uttar Pradesh and Haryana until Aug 16.

Similarly, 23 cases of malaria have also been recorded in the capital alone.
