from Dolphy D'Souza, president, BCS

Mumbai, Aug 6: The Bombay Catholic Sabha (BCS) is of the opinion that the city of Mumbai needs drastic changes in the way it has been administered thus far. If no corrective steps are undertaken, the city will surely sink and so also the Country along with it.

Citizens of the city of Mumbai cannot bemeret spectators in such a situation but will need to shed their apathy and demand for a change in the approach towards a better administered Mumbai,

As part of the endorsement, the BCS has organised a signature campaign through its Sabha Units in over 35 Churches on August 5. The organization expects to collect thousands of signatures for this cause.
