Mangalore: Presidency 'SkyCourt' at Attavar inaugurated

Mangalore, May 31: 'SkyCourt', a project by one of city’s leading builders M/s Presidency Homes & Infrastructures Pvt Ltd, Bendorewell headed by Hyder Ali K, was inaugurated at a glittering ceremony here on Saturday May 31. The 14-storey residential-cum-commercial complex is located in Attavar.

The project was inaugurated by district incharge minister Ramanath Rai.



Addressing the gathering, Rai said, "Mangalore is a developing city, and SkyCourt is one of the best projects ever undertaken here." 

Appreciating Presidency Builders, MLA Mohiuddin Bava in his address said, "This complex has been built at a very good location, with all the important places easily accessible. It is close to railway station, bus stand, mosque, temple and church, and even schools, colleges and hospitals." He congratulated Hyder Ali on completing yet another successful venture.

Attavar ward corporator Vinayraj said that he was happy to see the project built in his ward, and added that it has beautified the area.

Land owner Abdullah proposed the vote of thanks. Sahil Zaheer compered the programme in his usual style.

Among those present were Kodijal Ibrahim, Ivan D'Souza, Mohammed Masood, Hyder Ali's father Aboobakker, corporator Naveen D'Souza, P C M Kunhi, Mohammed Kunhi and others.
