Nets beat Heat in NBA Eastern Conference semis


Washington, May 11 (IANS): The Brooklyn Nets beat the Miami Heat 104-90 in a NBA Eastern Conference semi-final game.

The Nets still trail 1-2 in the best-of-seven series, reports Xinhua.

Joe Johnson got a team-high 19 points for the Nets Saturday night. Andray Blatche got a personal career playoff high of 15 points and 10 rebounds while Paul Pierce added 14 points.

LeBron James had 28 points, eight rebounds and five assists for the Heat with Dwyane Wade scoring 20 points.
