Rain stops IPL match at Kotla


New Delhi, May 10 (IANS): Heavy rain interrupted the Indian Premier League (IPL) match between Delhi Daredevils and Sunrisers Hyderabad at the Ferozeshah Kotla here Saturday.

Put into bat, the Daredevils were 103 for three in 13.1 overs when play was interrupted due to rain. Skipper Kevin Pietersen announced his return to form with a whirlwind 35 runs off 19 balls. 

Dinesh Karthik (17 not out) and Laxmi Ratan Shukla (14) were at the crease when the skies opened.
