Gautam Gambhir campaigns for Arun Jaitley in Amritsar

Amritsar, April 7 (PTI): Cricketer Gautam Gambhir on Saturday sought votes for senior BJP leader Arun Jaitley who is contesting the Lok Sabha election from Amritsar.

As part of the campaign, the left-handed batsman attended a roadshow in the city.

Gambhir urged the electorate to vote for Jaitley who, he said, is a “good administrator and very nice human beingâ€.

He said the BJP leader will make efforts towards improving the sports infrastructure and will bring Amritsar on the international sports map.

Jaitley is locked in a fierce contest with former Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh in Amritsar.
