NBA: Durant helps Thunder get past Spurs


Washington, Jan 23 (IANS): NBA top scorer Kevin Durant had 36 points as he helped the Oklahoma City Thunder get past the San Antonio Spurs 111-105 in NBA action.

Durant made 12 out of his 22 shots, but he turned the ball over 11 time in the game Wednesday, reports Xinhua.

Reggie Jackson had 27 points and eight assists for the Thunder

Spurs point guard Tony Parker had a season-high 37 points while Boris Diaw and Tim Duncan had 14 points apiece.
