Samson, Chand, Yuvi, Harbhajan among World T20 probables


Mumbai, Jan 17 (IANS): The Indian cricket team selectors Friday named youngsters Sanju Samson and Unmukt Chand alongside seniors Yuvraj Singh and Harbhajan Singh among the 30 probables for the Twenty20 World Cup in Bangladesh March 16-April 6. Discarded India openers Virender Sehwag and Gautam Gambhir were overlooked once again.

The probables list for the simultaneously held Women's World T20 was also announced by the selection committee.


India probables (men): Shikhar Dhawan, Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Suresh Raina, Ajinkya Rahane, Ambati Rayudu, MS Dhoni, Dinesh Karthik, Ravindra Jadeja, Ravichandran Ashwin, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Mohammed Shami, Ishant Sharma, Vinay Kumar, Stuart Binny, Mohit Sharma, Kedar Jadhav, Yuvraj Singh, Amit Mishra, Rajat Bhatia, Sanju Samson, Ishwar Pandey, Umesh Yadav, Unmukt Chand, Mandeep Singh, Harbhajan Singh, Varun Aaron, Shahbaz Nadeem, Parthiv Patel, Karn Sharma.

    Not a very good Team ion. Should exclude raina and must include Gambhir for a well balanced side.
