Georgia beat Turkey in handball qualifier


Tbilisi (Georgia), Jan 6 (IANS): Hosts Georgia defeated visitors Turkey 33-26 in their second leg 2015 World Handball Championship qualifier.

Georgia went down 29-23 to hosts Turkey in the first leg Jan 2, reports Xinhua.

Twenty four teams including hosts Qatar and reigning champions Spain will play in the 24th men's World Handball Championship between January and February next year.
