Abu Dhabi,Apr 5: This emirate's only Mangalorean Konkani association KCO (Konkani Cultural Organization) is organizing its annual cookery competition to encourage enthusiastic and talented community members.
The competition would be held on April 28, 2006 in the Foodlands Banquet Hall, Abu Dhabi.
Vivek Serrao, media co-ordinator of KCO, informed daijiworld that, the competition will be held on four prime categories - vegetarian, non-vegetarian, dessert and salad.
The competition is open to all Mangalorean Konkani-speaking community members. The last date to send the entries is April 24, 2006.
