For Daijiworld News Network Dubai

Dubai, Apri 1: Around 300 Billawas participated in various fun filled games for all age group, held at Safa Park on 31st March 2006.

It was a full day programme which started at 10.30 am and ended at around 6.00 pm.
Umesh Kuckian President Billawas Dubai welcomed the gathering, and the programme was inaugurated by Mr. & Mrs. Kariya Poojary.





A monthly newsletter of Billawas Dubai “Pingara” was released by Shodhan Prasad of Abu Dhabi Billawa Balaga on this occasion.
 
Variety of games for men, women, children such as Breaking the Ballon,Ball in the bucket,Eating Banana,Dog & Bone,Prize Bump,Saftey pin chain,Miming,Kinds bingo,Bombing the city, and Bingo were held.




A comedy skit was also presented by Sathish Ullal during this programme.
Yogitha Salian organized the games and entertainment events for the day.
 
Harsha poojary,RJ for 89.1 FM Radio was the special guest for the programme ,in his speech he thanked Billaws Dubai for inviting him and was happy to meet and talk with people of his community.




Delicious lunch was served to one and all present on the occasion.
 
Prizes to the winners of various events were given away by Jithendra Suvarna,Vaman Poojary,Krishna Poojary and Jagannath Anchan.

 unique King size Snakes and Ladders game was specially created for the event.  
 
 
In recognition for the hardwork and dedicated voluntary service to the Billawa Community, Jaya Kundar was  awarded a return ticket to hometown as a token of appreciation by the Billawas Dubai commitee
