Abu Dhabi, March 31: Bearys Welfare Forum (BWF) established for the mutual co-operation and to help needy Bearys in Abu Dhabi organized a gala get together on 30th March 2006 at Hilton Abu Dhbai
The gala evening showcased lot of entertainment programs by children and adults. The main objective of the get-together which was to provide an evening of laughter and fun to all the members and their families in a five star ambience was fulfilled as the audience appreciated and applauded event after events.
BWF felicitated to two great philanthropists Dr.B.K.Yusuf of Mepha Pharmaceuticals and Mr.Zafarullah Khan Jamali of Bin Shafi Group , Dubai in recognition of their humble services to Beary community. His Excellency, C.M.Bhandari, the Ambassador of India to UAE was the chief guest. Eminent & well known personality Dr.B.R.Shetty who is a well wisher and source of support to Beary community was the guest of honour.
Janab Ahmed Haji Tumbay and Managing Editor of Varthe Bharathi Janab Abdul Salam Puthige were the prominent invitees and guests of honour.
This first session started with recitation of Holy Qaran –Qirath by Iqbal Koya, translated by Monish Ali. BWF briefing was presented by Mohammed Ali.
The second session began with Oppanna. Vice President Hamza A.Khader welcomed the Guests and President Mohammed Ali Uchil introduced and welcomed the Chief Guests and the Guests of Honour. Janab Hamza briefed the activities of the BWF.
Earlier Qirath was recited by Ahmed.
As a mark of respect and honor, Hon’ble Ambassador C.M.Bhandari, Dr.B.R.Shetty and Beary Philanthropists Dr.B.K.Yusuf and Janab Zafrulla Khan were felicitated by the Forum
A galaxy of VIP Guests including Mr.Sudheer Shetty,COO- U.A.E.Xchange Center, Global operations, Dr.Viqar Azeem, Mr.Sarvotahm Shetty, Mr.Siraj Ahmed, Mrs. Silvia Pais, Mr.Kaul,Principal Indian High School, Abu Dhabi, Mr.Thomas John, President ISC graced the function.
Janab Majeed proposed the Vote of thanks after the dignitaries spoke.
After a grand Dinner the function entered the third session of scintillating entertainment and Janab Gurupur Hameed thanked the participants and the grand gala event ended with much awaited raffle draw.
