NBA: Markieff Morris suspended for one game

Washington, Oct 25 (IANS): Markieff Morris from Phoenix Suns has been suspended for one game for elbowing Oklahoma City forward Serge Ibaka in a pre-season NBA game.

Morris will miss the Suns' first 2013-14 regular season game, reports Xinhua.

The elbowing incident happened in Sun's 88-76 victory against the Thunder in Oct 22.
