Mumbai, Mar 7: Extradited gangster Abu Salem on Tuesday retracted his confessional statement made in connection with the 1993 Mumbai serial bomb blasts.

Moving the designated TADA court hearing the blasts case today, Salem’s lawyer, Ashok Sarogi said that the statement was recorded under "pressure" and hence his client wished to retract from it, sources said.
