Sunny Saturday in Delhi, Sunday may be cloudy


New Delhi, Sep 7 (IANS): The weather in the capital remained sunny and hot as the maximum temperature was recorded at 35.6 degree Celsius, two notches above the season's average.

The Met office has predicted a cloudy Sunday. "It will be a cloudy sky Sunday," said an India Meteorological Department official.

The minimum temperature settled a notch below average at 25 degree Celsius.

The maximum and minimum humidity wavered between a high and low of 79 and 43 percent, respectively.

"There are chances of rainfall around Sep 12 to 13," added the official.

Friday's maximum and minimum temperatures were 35.2 and 25.3 degrees Celsius, respectively, average for this time of the year.
