MUMBAI, Feb 16: The nephew of fugitive don Dawood Ibrahim was arrested on charges of threatening a shop owner at Mazagon, police said here.
    
Samir Wagle (30), son of late Hamida Wagle, the eldest sister of Dawood Ibrahim, was arrested on Wednesday night for allegedly keeping chicken shop owner Mohammed Jaki Mohammed Shafi Khan under illegal detention, over some pending payment police added.
 
Mohammed Jaki had borrowed Rs 2.80 lakh from Sharafat Solkar (31) to set up the shop and had defaulted in payment, police said.
    
On February 13, Solkar, along with Wagle, Mohammed Hanif Noor, Nasir Ansari and Faem Baghdadi allegedly stormed into Jaki's shop at Babu Genu Market and threatened him, besides keeping him under illegal confinement.
    
Solkar, Noor, Ansari and Baghdadi were arrested the same day and are in custody of the Byculla police, police said, adding he would be produced in court.
