Court admits CBI appeal against Sajjan Kumar's acquittal


New Delhi, Aug 27 (IANS): The Delhi High Court Tuesday admitted an appeal of the Central Bureau of Investigation against the acquittal of Congress leader Sajjan Kumar in a 1984 anti-Sikh riots case.

A division bench of Justice G.S. Sistani and Justice G.P. Mittal would next hear the case Oct 30.
