Bangalore, Jan 19: A person lost Rs. 1 lac kept in his scooter in HAL police station limits on Tuesday January 17 morning.
According to police, Venkatesh, the complainant, had withdrawn Rs. 2.5 lac from a bank in Mallathahalli for paying wages related to construction of his house. He kept the cash in the carrier of his scooter, and was driving to the place of construction. He stopped his scooter near a juice centre to quench his thirst. While he was drinking juice, he noticed a person removing the cash and running away. The HAL police have registered a case.
