Mr. Kannadiga are you very sure TV9 announced that he was smoking 6 packs of cigarettes? I guess news was trying to say that 6 packs caused his death....which means to say he was working out in the gym on building 6 pack abs! and was smoking after the work out...! i think this makes sense..right?

Youngsters who work in Gym should follow following
1.Check for Blood Pressure ,Hyper Cholesterol and Diabetes frequently
    2. Get an exercise ECG ( Stress Test ) before going for Threadmill if you have some risk factors
    3. Most important DONT GO FOR TARGET FIXED EXERCISE PROGRAMME JUST KEEP THE SPEED AT 5KM? HR OR MAXIMUM 6 KM PER HOUR DURING WARM UP AND THEN SLOWLY INCREASE THE RATE .IF YOU KEEP AT THAT RATE THROOUT THERE IS NO HARM .IF YOU HAVE A HEART RATE MONITOR STOP AT HEART RATE OF 130 OR 140 PER MINUTE NEVER GO BEYOND THIS .DUE TO THE PRESENT DAY SEDENTARY HABITS YOUNG STERS CANNOT TOLERATE BEYOND 145 EVENTHOUGH MEDICALLY PROVEN TOLERABLE HEART RATE IS AROUND 150 PER MINUTE DURING EXERCISE

There are many instances where the 'Over exertion' has caused heart-attacked and immediate death. Especially many Foot ball players around the world have collapsed during the match due to heart attack as the game of Foot Ball requires maximum stamina as compared to other games. That is why lazy Indians do not play Foot Ball much.
To get quick result for Six Pack body, there are many drugs available now, and majority of the Hindi Film Actors use such drugs instead of sweating it out in Gym.
