Daijiworld's Campus news bureau

Mangalore, Jan 12: St. Agnes College, Mangalore, affiliated to the Mangalore University, having been reaccredited by NAAC with an ‘A’ grade in 2005, organized Agno Fest 2006 on January 6 and 7.
 
The eminent personalities, Sarosh Institute of Hotel Administration's principal Matharani Mathias and Diany Cutinho from Kuwait graced the inaugural function of Agno Fest. Dr Mithra N. Hegde, professor and HOD, Conservation Dentistry and Endodontics, A.B. Shetty Dental College graced the valedictory function. It is indeed a matter of pride that the chief guests are also the alumnae of St. Agnes College.

The programme comprised of these events: Intro Splash, Talented Teen, Ethnic Show, Young Scientist, Brain Wave, Mock Stock, Crisis Management, Best CEO and Business Quiz.

The Students of St. Aloysius were adjudged as overall winners and Canara College runners-up. The organizers have congratulated both the teams.
