Concert to mark Bret Michaels' 50th b'day

Los Angeles, Mar 17 (IANS): Musician Bret Michaels is returning to his native Pennsylvania next month for a special club concert to mark his 50th birthday.

He turned half a century old Friday.

The "Poison" frontman, currently busy with TV and film commitments, says he is delaying his annual birthday gig until April 6, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

"Bret Michaels will return to Pottsville, Pennsylvania for a very intimate appearance at one of his favourite home state clubs. Due to filming of his new TV show 'Rock My RV', this is the first time in 10 years there has not been a concert on Bret's birthday and this is the big one.

"Tickets for the belated birthday bash will go on sale tomorrow," Michaels posted on his official website.
