John plans to donate, auction his clothes

Mumbai, Mar 6 (IANS): Actor-producer John Abraham plans to donate and auction most of his clothes to raise money for a charity.

"I would like to give away most of my clothes to charity and empty my wardrobe. Our requirement is only two pair of jeans and four t-shirts, not more than that," the 40-year-old said here Tuesday at PowerLight A Village, an initiative by Garnier Men.

"It's a great activity to do. I will probably get on to that space where I can donate that kind of money to people. We often get clothes on shoots, they just get wasted. So it's better to give it off to people, auction it off and make money for charity," he added.

Recently John featured in "I, Me Aur Main", but it was not received well at the box office.

He will next be seen in "Shootout At Wadala".
