Mum: 'Om-Shani-Om Shri Shanishwara Grantha Parayana' ends

Mumbai, Mar 4: Billava Association Mumbai’s Sri Guru Narayana Yakshagana Mandali organized its annual mass ‘Om-Shani-Om Shri Shanishwara Grantha Parayana’ programme on Saturday March 2 at the Billava Convention Hall in East Santacruz.

The programme presided over by L V Ameen, president, Billava Association Mumbai while honorary president Jaya C Suvarna inaugurated and initiated the programme.

On this occasion, Suresh S Poojary, Billava Jagrithi Balaga, Santhoshi S Poojary, women’s division vice-president (working), Dayanda Bontraa Gujarath, association vice-presidents Nithyanada D Kotiyan Chandrashekar S Poojary, honorary chief secretary Jyothi K Suvarna, honorary chief treasurer Baskar V Bangera, honorary joint secretaries Mahesh Karkala and Harish J Salian, honorary joint treasurers Rajesh J Bangera and Jayanthi Ullal, women’s division working president Shakunthala K Kotiyan, and honorary secretary Chandrakala R Suvarna, Sevadala chief Ganesh K Poojary and others were present on the occasion.

Harish Shanthi performed all religious rites, Sri Guru Narayana Yakshagana Mandali artistes performed ‘Shaneshwara Grantha Parayana’ and ‘Shaneshwara Mahapooja’. M B Salian and Yashodhar D Poojary were present at the first part of the Shaneshwara Grantha Parayana programme.

Cultural sub-committee working president C T Salian welcomed while secretary Dharmapal G Anchan thanked the attendees.
