Mumbai: Billawa Association Holds Mahapuja

Mumbai, Jan 4: Billawa Association, Mumbai held Mahapuja at Billawa Bhavan of Brahma Shree Narayan Guru Temple in Santacruz (East) here on Wednesday January 3.

L V Amin, association president, Jaya C Suvarna and Leelavathi J Suvarna were present during the puja. They also released a CD of 100 years celebration of Shree Gokarnatheshwar Temple, Mangalore.

On the occasion, L V Amin honoured Gangadar J Poojary, Savitha Gangadar, Keshav Salian, who were the sponsors of the Mahapuja. Karate champion Vijay Poojary was also felicitated on the occasion.

Prominent guests like Dharmapal U Devadiga, Surendra M Poojary, Rohitdas Bhangera, Shankar K Suvarna, Sudha LV Amin, Mohini Vasudev Kotian, Y Nagesh were part of the puja.

The whole programme was compered by chief secretary Jyothi K Suvarna.

Nithyananda D Kotian, vice president, Bhaskar M Salian, Bhaskar V Bhangera, honorary chief secretary, Shankar D Poojary, Dhananjay S Kotian, Mahesh Karkal, Harish G Salian, LR Anchan, Dharmapal G Anchan, Mohandas G Poojary, Bannanje Ravindra Amin, Baby S Kukkyan, Premnath P Kotian, Srimanthi S Poojary, Prema D Kotian, Ravindra A Amin, M Anand Poojary, Suryakanth Jaya Suvarna, Umesh D Kotian, U Dhananjay Kumar, Shankuntala K Kotian, Chandrakala R Suvarna, Jayanthi V Ullal, Ganesh K Poojary, Santhosh Poojary, Mohan G Poojary, Sadhashiv Karkera among others were present.
