It is amazing to see how the JDV Konkan Sabha (JDVKS)has grown from strength to strength from its humble beginnings, keeping the Konkani flame ever burning. I am overjoyed to see the coverage of cultural event, which must have enthralled one and all. I had the privilege to serve the association as its Chairman about a decade ago. Fr. Rozario Rocha, SJ infused lots of vigour and dynamism into Sabha then as its animator. Cultural diversity is a richness which needs to be showcased at every opportunity, so that life becomes more meaningful. Long live JDVKS and all other linguistic/ethnic associations.

    Kind regards,
    Fr. Mervin John Noronha, SVD
