Mumbai: Billawa Association Celebrates Navarathri, Dandiya Rass

Mumbai, Oct 25: The ladies wing of Billawa Association celebrated Lalitha Sahasra, Kunkumacharne, Dandiya Rass here at the Billawa Bhavan, Brahma Shree Narayana Guru temple, Santacruz (East) recently.

LV Amin, president of the billawa association flagged off the Navaratri celebration by lighting a lamp and Asha Manohar Hegde, president of ladies wing inaugurated the programme.

On the occasion, a Dandiya Raas programme was showcased by members of the ladies wing along with many others.

Jyothi K Suvarna, chief secretary; Shankar D Poojary, honorary joint secretary; executive committee members – Dharmesh Salian, Ravindra A Amin, Bebi S Kukyaan, Prema D Kotian, Shakuntala K Kotian; vice presidents – Srimanthi S Poojary, Prabha K Bangera, Chandrakala R Suvarna, honorary secretary; Ganesh K Poojary, head of Sevadala among others were present.
