London, Oct 6 (IANS): Actress Sofia Vergara is reportedly moving into producing after television bosses handed her the reins of a new show.

The 40-year-old is set to adapt Argentine series "Mujeres Asesinas" for America's Abc network, as well as taking on the role of executive producer, reports contactmusic.com.

The show, translated as "Killer Women", is based on murders committed by women in Argentina and is a huge hit in South America.
