Mumbai, May 26:
R K Shetty, chairman of metro based I S S A R Financial Services Private Limited, a leading financial advisor will be conferred Doctor of Honours (business management) by Senate of the Open International University for Complementary Medicines, Colombo, Sri Lanka, which is a singular honour being conferred on the basis of achievements in humanitarian services and merits of excellence.

The Honorary Doctorate will be conferred to R K Shetty, during proceedings of the World Congress of Integrated Medicines scheduled to be held in Crowne Plaza Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Sunday June 17.

R K Shetty is the recipient of Karnataka Rajyotsav Award in 2010, bagged World Best Performer Award during MDRT conference held in USA in 2007 and he is the lone Indian to be elected as member of MDRT Management Council in 2009.

R K Shetty is the son of Krishna Kutty and Atti Shetty, resident of Kambihalli, in Chikmagalur district of Karnataka.  He is settled in metro along with his wife Anita and two children.
