Six Killed in Maharashtra Accident


Mumbai, Apr 7 (IANS): Six people belonging to the same family were killed when their car collided with a truck in Maharashtra's Sangli district Saturday, police said.

The accident took place on the Miraj-Pandharpur road. They were most likely going for pilgrimage in Solapur district, a police official told IANS.

All six people died on the spot, around 70 km from Sangli town. The truck driver fled.

    Police department arrest the driver as soon as possible as that guy killed six people who were on their way to a pilgrimage. That driver must have drunk or under the influence of a controlled substance and must have been in high speed.
