Dubai, Sep 10: India will take on Bangladesh in the semi-final of the Women’s Asia Cup on Thursday, with the match scheduled to begin at 8 pm IST in Dubai.
India will look to continue their dominant run in the tournament after winning all three of their group matches. Harmanpreet Kaur’s side registered convincing victories over Thailand, Hong Kong and Pakistan to finish their group campaign strongly.
Bangladesh finished second in Group B behind Sri Lanka to secure their place in the semi-final.

India have dominated their T20 record against Bangladesh, winning 21 of their 24 meetings. They are also unbeaten against Bangladesh in their last eight encounters.
Bangladesh's last Asia Cup victory over India came in 2018, when they stunned the Indian team to win their first title.
However, Bangladesh have improved significantly in recent years and have pushed strong teams such as Australia, England and India in major tournaments. They also recently defeated Pakistan in the UK.
India will enter the semi-final as favourites, but Bangladesh's recent performances could make the contest a challenging one.
