Bahrain, Aug 15: The Karnataka Social Club-Bahrain culminated its annual summer camp with a splendid finale at its Manama premises on Thursday, August 13.

The event unfolded as a dazzling spectacle for the audience as 35 youngsters demonstrated their artistic finesse across dance, theatrical arts, and vocal performance throughout an hour-long showcase of talent.

The proceedings commenced with a resonant patriotic dance by the Shining stars dance crew - a distinguished ensemble mentored and choreographed by Preetam Acharya. The presentation was expertly anchored by the youthful hosting duo of Aliyana and Rayden. A choral rendition featuring all 35 participants singing in unified harmony served as an inaugural act, paving the way for a dynamic series of performances by both the junior and senior participants that thoroughly enthralled the audience. Notably, a series of playful brand enactments- including a creative take on Colgate-were delightfully executed by the performers.

The rigorous artistic instruction behind the musical, dance and advertising showcases was directed by talented club mentors Sonia Lobo, Freeda Sequeira and Shainy Lobo.

Extending the evening's fervor, the young women of the club invigorated the audience with an electrifying dance sequence, skillfully choregraphed by emerging dance artisan Sweeta Corda.

The programme continued with a formal commendation ceremony, honouring the champions and runners up of the month long games and arts competitions.

Following the accolades, DJ Francy's enlivened the atmosphere with a masterfully curated musical set, drawing members and their families to the floor for some spirited line dancing. Attendees were subsequently treated to a culinary centerpiece featuring aromatic chicken biryani.

The evening reached its crescendo with an exuberant Bollywood showcase and a vibrant Baila session- a signature of Mangalurean gatherings-ensuring the dance floor remained vibrant until well past midnight.
