Mangaluru, Jul 26: The 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Vishwabelaku Souharda Sahakari Sangha Niyamita was held successfully on Sunday at CODP Mother Teresa Hall, Mangaluru, under the chairmanship of the Sangha's president, Akshata Kadri.

The programme commenced with prayer by Gunavathi and Shynee Moolathva, followed by a welcome address by president Akshata Kadri, who warmly welcomed the members and distinguished guests.

Jayashree presented the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting, which were unanimously approved by the members. Chief executive officer Shynee Moolathva then presented the audited annual financial statements for the financial year 2025–2026. The members unanimously approved the accounts without any objections.

During the meeting, Anil Kumar Rao, Kanchan J Nayak, and Jayanth Nadubailu, managing director of Akshaya Group of Education, addressed the gathering and offered valuable suggestions for the Sangha's continued growth and development.

The dignitaries on the dais included Akshata Kadri (president), Harish K Poojary (vice president), directors Prakash Kotian, Osman Fernandes, Gunavathi, Jayashree, Naveen Kumar Gulibettu, Jayakumar and Shynee Moolathva (CEO)

The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by founder/director Prakash Kotian, expressing gratitude to all the members, guests, and well-wishers for their wholehearted participation, bringing the Annual General Meeting to a successful close.
