Mumbai, Jul 10: Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor-starrer Peddi has made its OTT debut on Netflix after completing a successful run in theatres, giving audiences another opportunity to watch one of this year's biggest Telugu releases.
Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, the sports drama marked the first on-screen collaboration between Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor. The film generated considerable buzz ahead of its release with its rural backdrop, sports-based storyline and music composed by A.R. Rahman.

According to trade tracker Sacnilk, Peddi concluded its theatrical run with a worldwide gross collection of Rs 341.42 crore. The film earned Rs 288.52 crore from the domestic market and Rs 52.90 crore overseas, while its India net collection across all languages stood at an estimated Rs 244.21 crore.
The film emerged as one of the top-performing Telugu releases of the year, maintaining a steady box office run beyond its strong opening weekend.
Set in rural India, Peddi follows the journey of a young man as he battles personal and family challenges while pursuing success in sports. Besides Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor, the film features a supporting cast in pivotal roles, with A.R. Rahman's soundtrack adding emotional depth to the narrative.
With its arrival on Netflix, Peddi is expected to reach a wider audience through streaming, offering fans another chance to watch Ram Charan's widely appreciated performance.
