Sullia: Man who fell into 40-foot deep well rescued by fire squad

Sullia, Jun 4: A man who accidentally fell into a 40-foot deep well at Kandadka near Dugaladka was safely rescued by the Sullia fire service personnel following a swift and daring operation on Thursday, June 4.

As soon as they received information that Kandadka resident Naveen Kumar had fallen into a well near his house, the personnel from the Sullia fire station rushed to the spot, commenced the rescue operation, and succeeded in bringing the man to safety.

Naveen Kumar was immediately shifted to a local hospital for treatment and is reportedly recovering.

The operation was conducted under the leadership of fire station officer Kiran Kumar. The rescue team included fire station personnel Nagaraj, Mohammed Rafiq, Harshavardhan, Mohan Babu, Harish Gowda, Anand, and Rajesh S K.
