Police reunite missing boy with parents in Udupi

Udupi, May 26: A six-year-old boy who had wandered away after getting off a bus near Kalsanka Junction was safely reunited with his parents by traffic police personnel Rajappa.

The boy, belonging to a family from Ballari, was travelling with his parents from Dharmasthala to Udupi. Before the bus reached the Bannanje government bus stand, the child got off the bus without his parents noticing.

He later walked towards Kalsanka, where traffic police personnel Rajappa, who was on duty in the area, spotted him and made inquiries.

Based on the information provided by the child, Rajappa took him to the Bannanje government bus stand, traced his parents and safely handed him over to them.
