Huge rush of devotees marks Shuddha Shashti at Kukke Subrahmanya Temple

Daijiworld Media Network – Kadaba

Kadaba, May 22: Thousands of devotees thronged the Kukke Shri Subrahmanya Temple on Thursday on the occasion of Shuddha Shashti and offered prayers to the deity.

Long queues of devotees were seen stretching from the temple gopura area for darshan. A brief rush and crowding situation was brought under control by temple staff, who made arrangements for smooth movement and darshan of devotees.

All parking areas around the temple were reportedly filled to capacity, leading to shortage of parking space. As a result, vehicles were parked along both sides of the roads near the temple premises.

Temple security personnel and staff managed traffic and ensured smooth vehicular movement in the area despite the heavy rush.
