Karkala: Seven injured after car overturns into roadside drain at Muniyal

Karkala, May 18: A Maruti Alto car travelling from Dharmasthala towards Shivamogga overturned into a roadside drain near the state highway at Muniyal.

Seven passengers in the car, including three women, two children, and two men, sustained minor injuries.

Local residents rushed to the spot and safely rescued the injured passengers.

Later, the damaged vehicle was lifted using a crane. The car is said to have been severely damaged in the accident.
