Brahmavar: Priest, bhajan sevak Subrahmanya Ungrapalli succumbs to injuries

Brahmavar, May 5: Subrahmanya Ungrapalli (71), who was critically injured in a recent accident near Barkur, passed away on Sunday night.

A devoted spiritual figure, he had been actively involved for several years in bhajan seva under the leadership of the Matapady Sri Chandika Durgaparameshwari Bhajan Mandali.

He also served as the chief priest of Sri Somanatheshwara Temple at Manigarakere, Barkur.

He is survived by his wife, a son, and three daughters.
