Buddha Jayanti celebrated at Tulu Bhavan office of Kannada and culture department

Mangaluru, May 1: Buddha Jayanti was celebrated with devotion and reverence at the office of the department of Kannada and culture located at Tulu Bhavan.

On the occasion, secretary of the Dakshina Kannada District Buddha Mahasabha, Lakshman, paid floral tributes to Bhagawan Buddha and conveyed his wishes to all present.

Members of the District Buddha Mahasabha and assistant director of the department of Kannada and culture, Rajesh, were present during the celebration.

The programme highlighted the teachings of peace, compassion, and harmony propagated by Bhagawan Buddha.
