Kundapur, Apr 18: The second year graduation ceremony and annual day celebration of Moodlakatte Nursing College, Kundapura was organised on April 17, in the college premises

As the chief guest, Prof Vaishali Sreejith, senate member of RGUHS, Bengaluru and vice principal of Dr M V Shetty Physiotherapy College, Mangaluru, motivated the graduates with her valuable words.

As the guest of honour, Dr Chandra Marakala, administrative medical officer, Government General Hospital, Kundapur, addressed the gathering and lauded the efforts of the institution.

The programme was presided over by Dr S N Bhat, academic director, IMJ Institutes; Prof Jennifer Frieda Menezes, principal; and Prof Roopashree K S, vice principal, Moodlakatte Nursing College and Chandrashekar, head, department of paediatrics were present on the occasion.

At this ceremony, students were awarded degrees, marking a significant milestone in their educational journey.

As part of the college's anniversary celebrations, the annual report was presented by the principal, Prof Jennifer Frieda Menezes, which highlighted the academic achievements and activities of the institution. Awards were presented to students who excelled in academics, sports and extracurricular activities.

The Alumni Association was also inaugurated on the occasion.

All the programmes were successfully conducted with excellent coordination, leaving lasting memories for all those present. These programmes reflect the institution's commitment to academic excellence and holistic development of students.
