Kerala Blasters rally past 10-man Bengaluru FC, East Bengal climb to third

Bengaluru, Apr 12: Kerala Blasters FC staged a spirited second-half comeback to secure their first win of the 2025-26 Indian Super League season, defeating a 10-man Bengaluru FC 2-1 on Saturday.

The victory lifted Kerala Blasters to 13th place in the standings with four points, while Bengaluru FC remained fifth with 14 points.

In the earlier match, East Bengal FC registered a convincing 3-1 win over Chennaiyin FC. The result propelled East Bengal to third place with 14 points from seven matches, while Chennaiyin stayed 12th with five points.

In Sunday’s fixtures, Inter Kashi FC will take on Mohammedan SC. In the second match of the day, Mohun Bagan Super Giant will face Punjab FC.
